🧑🚀 Your mission at BeSafe Group
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, updating and distributing monthly and quarterly reports for investors, ensuring accuracy and transparency;
- Serving as the primary finance business partner to G&A leadership, providing financial guidance and support;
- Owning the roll-up of G&A for forecasting, planning, and close analysis. Assist in driving the annual and long-range planning process, including monthly forecasting and quarter close;
- Coordinating closely with Managers, Sales Team, Operation & Hr Office, to develop and accurately forecast resource planning;
- Driving improvements in process, automation, and governance to enhance the efficiency and scalability of budget management;
- Developing strategic insights and delivering analysis on the return on investment (ROI) of investment decisions;
- Collaborating with the Finance office for monthly data analysis and collecting data for budget and financial balance sheet;
- Coordinating the collection of data requested by investors and for monthly presentations and updates;
- Implementing a system of internal controls aimed at ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.

- Have an excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and multiple teams with varying levels of expertise;
- Have an advanced proficiency in financial software, and informative systems;
- Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Have a strong problem-solving skill with a keen attention to detail;
- Have ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Speak Italian native and English at B2/Upper Intermediate-level (additional languages are welcome);
