As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Cultivating key conversations and relationships, your goal will be to ensure that we support our partners and contribute to the growth and holistic performance of the organisation, making a significant impact in the external marketplace and developing long-term business plans alongside our partners for their multichannel customer strategies;
- Providing consultancy and business development expertise to achieve growth according to targets and best practices to optimise client and market opportunities, managing a pipeline of existing partners, monitoring and building your portfolioβs setting growth plans;
- Analysing and reporting to regularly review business objectives and targets with the Commercial Director diagnosing and addressing issues and opportunities relating to business development, helping to identify risks or warning signs and flag them for intervention and s and working closely with other sales teams to align company-wide resources to grow Partnerships portfolio ;
- Participating in company events, industry fairs and business trips on national and international territory;
- Updating monthly and quarterly report and Creating and attend monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews in different international countries with our local teams;
- Sharing your knowledge with local teams by sharing best practices and acting as a subject-matter expert in large partner relationship management.

Requirements for the role:
- Proven 5+ years of experience in similar roles in companies, such as hospitality management providers, hotel and non-hotel accommodations;
